If an order is placed before midday (Monday-Friday), and on the understanding that the piece(s) are available, we will ship that very same day. Orders received during the weekend (or on a national holiday) will be shipped on the next working day.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for rings and bangles that need to be made to size.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number for the package so you can keep an eye on how it’s getting on (if you want to!).
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of the return and refund of an item, shipping costs will not be reimbursed. The cost of returning an item to us is at the customer’s expense.
Insurance and signature
Any item we ship is fully insured by us until the moment it is signed for. And that’s the key – someone will always need to sign for the package. Do make sure that either you, a friend, a family member or a colleague will be available to give DHL their autograph. Once the package is signed for, it is your responsibility, independent of whether you personally, or someone else, received it. Who exactly signed for the package will be detailed online. This information can be confirmed via the DHL website and using the tracking code.
DHL generally delivers in the morning, but this may not always be the case. If no one is at home to sign for the package, DHL will leave a note advising in relation to their attempted delivery and the corresponding next steps. Any import duties, sales taxes or other customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
In the very unlikely circumstances of a package being lost, we will ship the same piece again – we will worry about the rest!
