We don’t want your lovely pieces to fall into the wrong hands so all orders are sent by registered post/Fastway Couriers and will need to be signed for on delivery.

Once your order has been shipped we will email you so that you know when to expect it.

Shipping within Ireland – Complimentary

International shipping – €12.00*

Overseas deliveries may incur import duties for which you will be liable.



Delivery times

Items that are in stock and ordered before 12pm will be shipped same day for next day delivery.  If the item is not in stock we will contact you immediately to let you know how long it will take for us to make it – we will do everything we can to make sure you receive it as quickly as possible.


Express delivery

Most deliveries within Ireland are next day.  International next day delivery is also possible if your order is in stock.  Please contact us to verify this and we can courier your order.  Charges vary based on the destination but we will let you know the cost before you confirm your order.


Gift wrapping

All pieces arrive in our beautiful presentation boxes tied with a vibrant pink ribbon and some information on the designer-maker.  If you have any special requests just send us an email and we would be happy to oblige.

If we are sending a gift directly to the recipient let us know and we will post your receipts separately.



We would be happy to organise engraving on your piece – just send us an email with the text and we will be in touch with you to confirm all of the details.  Approximate cost for engraving is €35, we will give you an exact price when we receive your email with the details.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of items that have been engraved.



Once we receive your order we will contact if there are specific details such as sizing, finish, colour, etc.  If you would like to know how to find out your size please let us know and we will phone you to discuss the process.



We don’t envisage you having to return your purchase but in the event that you don’t like it we will accept returns for 28 days from receipt of delivery.

Please return items in their original condition along with all packaging.  We will notify you of receipt of returns and provided everything is in order, we will refund your payment immediately.

Please note: we cannot refund shipping charges unless goods are faulty.   We recommend that you send items by registered post as we cannot accept responsibility for items until they have reached us.  Refunds apply to online orders only.  Pieces bought in store can be exchanged for another item or a gift voucher once they are unworn, in their original packaging and returned within 28 days of purchase.
